  • Transactional Messages: These include appointment confirmations, reminders, scheduling changes, and other messages directly related to services you have requested.
  • Promotional Messages: These include follow-up offers, service promotions, and marketing communications. These are only sent where you have provided prior express written consent.

3.2 SMS Consent — Written Consent (Promotional Messages)

For promotional and marketing SMS messages sent via automated technology, we are required by the TCPA to obtain your prior express written consent. Written consent may be provided by:

  • Checking the SMS consent box on any of our forms (booking, registration, inquiry, demo request, waitlist, or sign-up)
  • Replying YES to a consent confirmation text message we send you
  • Clicking a consent confirmation link sent to you via email following a verbal interaction
By checking this box, I provide my prior express written consent to VINSI AI, LLC to contact me via email and SMS text messages using automated technology at the number and email address provided, including for marketing and promotional purposes. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. For email, I may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Consent to receive promotional text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. We record and retain proof of your consent, including the date, time, method, and IP address at the time of opt-in.

3.3 SMS Consent — Verbal Consent (Transactional Messages Only)

Verbal consent, including consent provided during a phone call, marketing call, or other live communication, is sufficient for transactional SMS messages only (e.g., appointment confirmations, reminders, and service updates). Verbal consent is not sufficient for promotional or marketing SMS messages under TCPA. When verbal consent is obtained, VINSI AI, LLC will:

  • Log the date, time, and nature of the verbal consent in our records
  • Send a follow-up email or SMS confirmation requesting written consent before any promotional messages are sent
  • Limit SMS communications strictly to transactional messages until written consent is confirmed

3.4 Consent Through Expressed Interest

Expressed interest in our services — including inbound inquiries, marketing calls, contact form submissions, or other communications — does not by itself constitute consent to receive promotional SMS messages. Where expressed interest is noted, VINSI AI, LLC will follow up through a separate consent confirmation process to obtain the required prior express written consent before sending any promotional texts. Expressed interest may support the sending of a single, one-time SMS or email inviting you to formally opt in, provided that message clearly identifies VINSI AI, LLC, explains the purpose, and includes opt-out instructions.

3.5 Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary depending on your activity and preferences. You may receive appointment-related texts as needed and promotional texts no more than 5 times per month, unless otherwise stated at the time of consent.

3.6 Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. VINSI AI, LLC is not responsible for any charges incurred from your carrier.

3.7 How to Opt Out

You may opt out of receiving text messages from us at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts will be sent, except as required by law. To re-subscribe, reply START at any time.

3.8 Help

3.9 SMS Service Providers

We use Twilio to facilitate text message delivery. This provider may receive your phone number and message content solely for the purpose of delivering messages on our behalf. They are contractually prohibited from using your information for any other purpose.


4. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties without your consent, except as described in this Privacy Policy. We may share information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our website, delivering SMS communications, or conducting our business. All such providers are bound by confidentiality obligations and are prohibited from using your data for independent purposes.


5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy or as required by law:

  • Contact and account data is retained for as long as your account is active and for up to 3 years after account closure.
  • SMS consent records (including opt-in proof, timestamp, and IP address) are retained for a minimum of 4 years to comply with TCPA requirements.
  • Appointment and service history is retained for up to 3 years.
  • Marketing and promotional data is retained until you opt out or request deletion, whichever comes first.

Upon expiration of the applicable retention period, VINSI AI, LLC will securely delete or anonymize your personal information.
